me my self i can consedered as prof. but dependi na na sa imong kaluoy sa rating sa page kay naa man tay gi ingon nga friendly price. so ikaw nay paigo kung pila imong ipa bayad... like sa ako ang 5 pages package nana cya og 12k.... 15k kung naa nay cms. dili na cya kaila pero i Philippine base na cya. ug sa US base lain nasad naa nga price.

adobe / macromedia / whatever certifications - buwak2x ra na sa resume. though kung ganahan ka mabuwakan imo agi..aww its up to u sad.

wa man cguro standard pricing sa webdesigning kay lahi2x man gud ang preferences sa client so as a webdesigner ikaw na lang cguro kibaw mo adjust anah. kumbaga...sabot2x ra bah.

having certifications is a big edge na, but kinahanglan u have the skills to back it up. some people have the skills, some the the certs, but its a lot better to have both.
