Davao City had (still has?) a local ordinance that prohibits establishments from serving alcohol past 1AM.

just like here. clubs, pubs, and etc wont serve alcohol around 2 am. problema sa pinas kay pwede ka kapalit ug alcohol sa mga sari2x anytime, pukawon lang nimo pwede na. that has to change.

i think this will not prosper . kini nga proposed law na ipasa daghan kaayo dili gyud mupabor ani from the side sa businesspeople , but i know naa sad daghan mupabor ani samot na siguro ang cav (crusade against violence) .

i prefer nationwide curfew for minors below 18... closing bars 1AM mao ra istoryahan mas taas ang risk if naa sa gawas nag tambay kay sa naa sa sulod sa bar...
