    last year paman diay ni TS, han2d run cge japon ug hair fall? so nagka nipis najud diay ug maau imung hair? akong ma suggest noh ky change of lifestyle lng jud. I think everyone has a point but you also have to consider na dghan factors when it comes to hair loss. you also have to consider na before ka gasugod ug hair loss unsa man imung mga binuhatan? like kusog ba ka mo smoke, kusog baka mo inom? sedentary lifestyle ba ka run like halos wla kayo exercise or pasingot den sige lng ug higda2x or lingkod2x. kay para nko before ka mag try ug mga products mas maayo mag change sa ka ug lifestyle.. same nako kbntay ko baga kaau ko ug buhok before den ka2 ni graduate nko ug college wa dayon ko ka trabaho, cge rko a2 ug chill2x, wlay exercise, dugay matog, cge ug inom, cge ug computer etc.. dd2 ko kbntay na mura ga cge na ug lagas akong buhok mau na kuyawan ko.. nag decide ko ug change sa akong lifestyle na sayo matog, d na kayu mo inom panagsa nalang, den atleast everyday make it a point na mag exercise like jogging or playing basketball, den taga buntag or before ka matulog e massage imung ulo for atleast 5-10 minutes maka feel ka nindot kaayo ug feeling, den inom ug gatas taga buntag, inom dghan tubig mau ni pinaka importante para ma hydrate imung buhok ug lawas at least 6 glasses of water ok na kayu.. syaro d na ma.uli.an imung buhok.. ug atleast every other day inom ug vitamins brod kanang stress tabs oh nindot na pawala stress especially if ga trabaho ka run, usa pud bya na sa factor ang hair loss kanang stress kayo ang tao.. kaun pud ug sakto bai kaun ug vegetables or atleast sabaw sa vegetables if di kayo ka tig kaun ug mga gulay.. buhata na for atleast 1 month sure ko mka bntay ka ug changes sa imung buhok.. mas mo healthy na..
