Hi Istoryans,

We are currently accepting female bedspacers (student or working) in our room. Please see details below:

Rate: P1,500 per month (1month advance, 1 month deposit)

Location: Barangay Punta Princesa (very near market, restaurants & fastfoods, convenience stores, pharmacy, supermarket & department store). Location is very accessible with 24-hour jeepney routes. It is also near police station.

Amenities:
- room is concrete with tiles and with grilled windows
- with own CR and shower
- with double deck (but you will have to provide your own foam)
- with gate that is always locked (your access is your own key)
- can cook (kitchen utensils are already available; you may choose to cook your own food or pwede sad sharing depende sa agreement. We just have to share for the gas and mineral water.
- water and electricity are free as long as you don't have major appliances. If you have, you will have to pay extra charges but very minimal.

We would prefer somebody who pays on time and dili hugawan ug dili hilabtanon ug personal things like gadgets and money.
