As what the organizers have agreed, there shall be a certain fee to cover expenses during the 3 day event, please mark the space before the number on which you will be part of

__1. P500 on which the club is given a 2x2 space and may display and recruit potential members for their club, the club however may not SELL any item


__2. P1500 on which the club / pet shop is given a 2x2 area and may display, recruit potential members, have their friendly competition and SELL items

The payments shall be collected within november10 – November 25,After payment you will be given a chance to pick a slot, it shall be a 1st to pay 1st to pick Policy , payments can be given to any of these persons with the signed rules and regulations


RULES:

1. clubs must pay on the date given to confirm that they are joining
2. We supply tables and chairs. Electricity is available, but please bring an extension cord.
3. Setup will be done a night before or early on the day of the event. Make sure you give us an early heads up,The building is locked overnight.
4. ABA will not be held liable for any loss / damage properties
5. In the case a club may damage parkmall , the club will be held liable and will be asked to pay for damages
6. IF YOU ARE BRINGING PUPPIES, please note that they must be at least 10 weeks old. We will not allow you to sell them younger than that. Also, you must have a veterinarian-issued health certificate. We need proof of age, shots and deworming records for each dog.
7. Dogs must be on a leash at all times
8. For exotics , as much as possible should be in a terrarium or a container to prevent accidents
9. For aquatics, the area (esp. floor) should be maintained dry to prevent any accidents.
10. For clubs who would choose to join and get #1(limited to recruit members and could not sell) then soon be caught selling shall be penalized with an additional 1500 pesos
