Convergys or JP Morgan Chase?

Hello Istoryans!

Can anyone give me advice on which employer is better? Was lucky to pass interviews for both JP Morgan Chase and Convergys. Who gives better pay and incentives? Who has better management, facilities, work environment, working relationships/culture, etc?

Feedback from those who have worked in both companies would be much appreciated.

I haven't tried working for either of the two companies, but based on feedback from friends, I would have to go for JPMC as the better of the two.

pay and benefits would go to JP kay internal man gud so mas dako ang ma offer.

however, CVG will give you broader paths for advancement kay nagbaha ang accounts.

if wala kay plans nga mag sideline in the future, then go ahead with JP.
but if dili ka ganahan ma restrict ang imo activities beyond work, then adto CVG.

ganahan ko mag sideline sideline after my work mao nag CVG ko hehe.


in terms of call volume, grabe daw sa JP.
sa CVG naay accounts grabe, naa puy accounts mag mika raka. so swerte swerte rapud.

as for me ganahan ko daghan calls aron dali ra mahuman ang shift. nya naa pajud sales, so hopefully dako sad commission ug incentives hehe.

Every company has it's rules which may vary. Rules if vigilantly implemented gives an impression na mas strict ang management.

JPMC does not fire people right away. Everyone subjected to disciplnary action or termination goes through due process required by our Labor Code.

CVG also has also has rules before an employee gets fired. Every opportunity is given in favor to an erring employee before termination is handed down as the last resort.

Both companies are great but biased ko to say CVG is better. lol Been here for sometime now and I never regreted staying here despite the ups and downs. Go Convergys!

they wont fire you for simple things. Simply because nagnihit ang agents nga qualified for JPMC.
Not necessarily maayo jud ila gipangita, but daghan masangit sa background check.

so if naay tinaguan ang agent, ayaw nalang tuga tuga ug apply kay maski nagtake naka ug calls pwede ka taktakon dayon.
integrity is very important kay financial account ni sila. local and international background check.

when I applied last March, ka-angkon ang HR nga naglisod jud sila ug agents kay mahadlok mangapply or di na kapasar sa check.
hapit ko ni pirma kay nindut jud ug offer, saon taman any extra income that I want after work kay mananghid pa so wa nalang ko nipadayon.
