That's the notion of people who doesn't know the industry actually but I agree there are some junk companies out there who suck the life out of their members thru recruitments.

You can actually spot a bad NM companies:

    1. No/Poor Management Support
    2. Focus on Recruitment not on Products.
    3. Not so unique products.
    4. Delayed Commission Payouts.
    5. No/Poor Training Modules.

    These are only few indicators...

Like I said in my earlier post NM/MLM was a legit business model but watch out as well for the bad ones who just claims to be legal.

Just a general tip to all:

-Find — and study — the company’s track record
    -Learn about the product
    -Ask questions
    -Understand any restrictions
-Talk to other distributors (beware of shills)
-Consider using a friend or adviser as a neutral sounding board or for a gut check
    -Take your time
-Think about whether this plan suits your talents and goals

    Good luck!

Like Insurance companies which was regulated by insurance commission NM companies should have a governing body to monitor and regulate the industry but I think in our country it falls under Direct Selling Association of the Phils. (DSAP) but they can't handle their task very well that's why daghan ghapon fly by night nga companies...

I've been also a victim of these scams and kinds of lazy people but I never gave up until I found my right program.

Maybe ang kompanya kay naay "good intention" pero ang mga members kay naay mga "bad intentions" which is naa jud na sila internal motives nga mokita sila even if it reach to the point nga "mangilad" nalang sila... wala ta mabuhat ana kay it's human nature. But since mao na gibuhat sa members, of course, automatic nga madamay ang kompanya...

Ug kanang mga kompanya nga nagpaka buta-bungol sa mga kulorom moves sa ilahang members, hinaot nga dili na sila mo syaok nga "we are not like those OTHER MLM companies because we are professionals, etc, etc..." kay they always have the power to stop their kulorom member's moves.. And please, those companies shouldn't even make some f*cked up excuse that they cannot stop those members...

They earn through an exorbitant "entry fee", and what do you get? Brochures, Leaflets, Manuals, & 2 or 3 product samples not even worth 30% of the "entry fee", better call that extortion. They come to you in packs like 3 - 6 persons, waste at least 2 hours of your life, and prepare to be sick of hearing stories with words like millionaire, a weekly P20,000 check, just bought a new house & car, these products sell so fast, I quit my business / working in this big company, can cure all illness. What were these "rich" guys doing in my house anyway? If they earn that much, they should be somewhere like Ibiza or Cancun, they should know better to show up with a mid-sized, diesel fed, noisy, beat-up, J plate, SUV with 7 of them millionaires on board, found out from my helper that there were 3 millionaires who stayed with the "luxury" SUV. I remember some of my questions weren't answered clearly : What's with the starter pack? Isn't buying your products credit enought for you & me? Why do I have to pay this much to be able to start selling your products? If you said that your products sell so fast, why keep recruiting people to sell and charge them with entry fees? I know good products sells itself, just put them on store shelves and people will pick them up, no need for the circus to come to you. Just my opinion. Peace.
