We respect your thread. but knhanglan ta practical, market value for 2 bedrooms krn bsan pa magdungan ta suroy sa mga nice area like banawa or guadalupe, taas ra jd kaau ni imo price maam/sir. ayaw lang kasuko but dli man pd maau if mo over ta. then dli pa jd ni furnished then dli brand new? sorry sa pag reply dri ug ingon ani but personally lain man gd paminawon overpriced kau sa iyang true value. as i saw the pictures, at 15k, overpriced jd cya. Honestly, 8-10k ra jd na iya value. Dli ko mo rent sir/maam, express lang ko ako opinion sobra man sd gd. thanks

I respect your opinion however, you cannot compare it with apartments in Banawa and Guadalupe. Anyone who would decide to rent in Mandaue means that it is accessible to their work place or school which does not justify renting in Banawa or Guadalupe for the same price.

The place is just a jeepney ride to MEPZ and Park Mall (approximately 5-8 min to the mall). While J Centre mall is only a 5-10 min walk from the apartment which makes it a perfect place for someone who is working at Stream (BPO) which is located within the mall bldg.

I understand that you cannot help but compare it with the current apartment that you are renting but the rooms are big. We actually had the apartment improved by changing the tiles on the kitchen sink and the floor tiles in the sala area. We also had the entire place re-painted. In fact, the carpenter was surprised why the rent was only at 15K. As he explained, he had checked on other apartments in Mandaue where the rent was even higher for a smaller place.

We can also guarantee that the area does not get flooded unlike other parts of Mandaue.
