I tried Netbeans and blueJ but ended up using back the Kate text editor bundled with OpenSuse Linux 10.2, I have trouble porting my 2.4MB java source code to Netbeans which I have been working for a year. I will use Netbeans in my next project so I can start from scratch so I will not go through the hassle of migrating my source codes.

cen, Netbeans is more appealing to me than eclipse, my computer slows down when I use an IDE, besides from being used to the old traditional way of programming, an editor with highlights seems to work for me now but I'm strongly considering shifting to Netbeans, it sure has a lot of cool features that can speed up development

My class files are all in a single file, so when I export it, Netbeans complains that it is too long, I need to save one class in a file, there are too many classes built over the year, do you have other suggestions?
