update as of now the best i could do is set up a meet up or pick up point at the following places:

ayala center cebu or wipro/bdo building in front of pag ibig monday to friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
SM Cebu sundays 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

chong hua medical arts building mon-wed and friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

if its alright with you guys i would like to request a minimum deposit of 1000 php via bank transfer or paypal just to assure that the buyer is serious, this would cover the shipping and handling fee
