ok rman ang toledo as the capital state. same sa giingun sa uban, a lot could be done for the place. geographically speaking, accessible xa para sa uban lugar. the city is not yet that developed, which dghan pjud cla mabuhat ddtung lugara.

luoy ang ubang Regions/States na gamay ra ug income. pagpunga2x ug pangita ug pundo for public services for thier own Regions/States. Dli ko uyon ani.
Taga Mandaue ko but if dayon man gani ni, Cebu City ang angay ma himo na Capital. It's the center for everything.
