Default Regularization but lacking pre-emp reqts...

    Mga HR pips, need advice...

I'm about to get regularized but I do have lacking pre-employment requirements. I haven't submitted my COE and 2316 because I was AWOL on my previous employer. Will this affect my regularization? Can I be terminated because i failed to submit these documents? Really need advice from HR pips out there.. More thanks.. Merry Xmas in advance.. Trick or treat first...

HR can extend your probationary period for another 3 months if you fail to pass your requirements. If you still fail to pass then they can end your employment. But if they will not serve you any document on the sixth month then automatic, you are already a regular.

@intruder are you an HR? As you know, status of the employee will automatically change to regular on the 6th month of probi status whether he submitted the requirements or not. The employer should stop his tenure before the 6month comes else the status will change already.

@TS It's better for you to talk to your HR regarding this matter. Be honest. You are already employed with them so telling them you AWOLd from your previous employer will not impact your employment. Tell them you cant submit your requirements "yet" and ask what things you should do to comply or needed for you regularization. It's still prerogative to the company to regularized you depending on certain things like your performance, behavior etc.
I doubt companies will axe your employment just because you didn't submit your requirements unless of course they are very particular with integrity and honesty.

in my opinion @CocoCrunch i think it would be a problem with gavinzhifi to tell the truth, what if HR would make this a ground for termination of duty? it would be he's/her hardtime to think about, but still it would be the greatest thing to do to tell the truth hence the company trusted him/her since the day he/she was hired and primarily he's/her mistake by not telling the truth about he's/her past record since the beginning , @gavinzhifi still you have the right to select, if the HR sees your performance without a doubt, then there is a big chance for you to remain, but if doubted so much then there would be a small percentage for you to become a regular employee.

HRs already know the truth from SSS contribution, background checking etc. Even if you don't declare you are employed, HRs still can track your previous employment.
AWOL from your previous company is not a big deal nowadays since it's already very common and popular among BPOs/callcenters. Again, as I've mentioned, why would someone be terminated because of undeclared status from his previous company? Unless of course if they value integrity and honesty. In our team, almost 3/4 has call center experience, 1/4 didnt mention their previous experience coz they AWOLd. almost everyone in our department who came from Q never mentioned their experience, never included it in their resume.
Hiring someone to replace him, if he is an asset, or replace someone who is productive is costly. I bet HR would just reconsider his status than hire someone again.

There is no other option here but to tell the HR regarding your status and ask them what you need to do.

uhm naglibog ko nimo bai sorry.
ITR (income tax return) and 2316 are the same.

@TS, akoang ITR sauna wala girequire sa new employer nako but you need to fill up a specific BIR form to confirm you are a taxpayer already.
