    Bisan mag Federal system pa ta same ra ghapon murag iro nga ilisan lang ug higot kai ang magdala same set of Politicians ra ghapon useless.............

    60/40 ownership rule and dynasties are definitely intertwined IMO.

    It's all up to the voters. If they want dynasties, they will get it. If not, they won't (unless grabe ang poll fraud).
