hi TS, do you work full time with Elance? Coz I seem to like your job! Can I take it?!??! joke! Do you know if Elance has vacant slots for another local scout or trainer? Sorry don't know you yet, so I'm just guessing on your title.

No, we work freely and mostly during our spare time. They're currently looking for one in Manila.

Anyway, I love the idea that Elance is starting from the grass roots. Reaching out to talents on various localities as part of their marketing campaign to drive skilled freelancers. So far, I don't see this being done by other online job portals. So Kudos to Elance!

But I would like to know more about the platform as to how it differentiates from the rest. I would like to know more about the process, and maybe that's where you can "enlighten" me. Can I also build a team of Elance workers?
