Political dynasty presupposes political immaturity among its electorate. It's just a symptom of how we view and engage in political matters. So don't blame them...

^But isn't a big part of the problem the difficulty in replacing incumbent politicians? Politics pays so well that a person who has been in power for a few years can easily out finance his competitors in terms of election campaigns and public exposure. It is this difficulty in putting new faces in power which leads to voter apathy... "why vote? nothing changes anyway" type of thinking. Dynasties can also pool their resources.

Ang nindot jud unta nga Reform nga dili na mo agi ug Congress as defined by law .... diritso defined the law in the Constitution ...

“for the past 25 years, Congress has neglected the enactment of a law prohibiting political dynasties, which the Constitution itself enjoins as a duty resulting from its office.”

Paita dakoa ug utang ning mga tawhana sa katawhan oi .... nindot tong gi ingon ni duterte e apply aning mga tawhana nga butangan lang ug ice aron dili mabaho .....

If only RA 6735's provision on people's initiative in amending the constitution wasn't declared unconstitutional, ordinary Filipinos today would have the power to initiate proposals on amending the constitution.

For now, every option involves the act of Congress whether to enact a law prohibiting political dynasty or to amend the Constitution, thereby removing "as may be defined by law", thus making it a self-executory provision.

wala man sad choice ang mga tao kay wala ma'y ma pili sa mga kandidato... ug dli sad kah mo vote mawala sad kah sa list. so mo vote nlang ang mga tawo sa mga walay au nga kandidato... ma hunong lang ni if i assassinate tanan politician then start ug new sets of candidates...

unta naa'y choice ang tao nga pde dli mo vote sa mga candidate. like kung dli sila ganahan sa mga ni kandidato dli sila mo vote then if walay ni daog sa election disqualified ang current candidates then mo look ug another sets of candidates.

We have the worst supreme court and justice system in Asia. And the worst part is, the justices think they are the smartest. /facepalm
