The reality is people are selfish. Further, smart people are even more selfish. QFT... most people diri sa pinas kay gullible pero wala sila kabalo...

What's happening here? my intentions was just somehow give others an idea of what a leader should possess (atleast) coz there are a lot of factors to consider of what a leader should possess and i think this is one of 'em. I didnt say that we got to have this kind of system in this ****ed up country. The hell i care about dealing with shitty WIKI on a daily basis...cross referencing and what not... Fantasy or reality this can still serve as an inspiration (in my opinion). You guys sounded like expert in economics/politics but i dont think you guys are using it properly coz you missed small things. I hope nasabtan na unsa akong tumong ug tuyo nganong ako ni gi post.

you know whats wrong in your post?, its utopia... you failed to tell the people the other side of the coin... by showing them utopia... if you want to show some example atleast something that is feasible in this country...

a leader who has roots from dictators and communists... yes there are people like that... but is it feasible in this country?

i would rather be in a fcked up country run by fcked up people, rather than live in a utopian country run by communists...

and btw... your the one who told me to read wiki...

Not all in the internet is a HOAX try to read WIKI and search his name in google and check if my post has relevance to the ones that will pop up on the search engine. It's really amazing here in our country that even you have the purest intentions people will still doubt.
im a realist i things as it is.... coz utopia exists in dreams...

im done here... i said what i have to say... good luck sa next in line...

I know what you're saying, but Lee Kuan Yew and Mahatir are still a lot better than some bleeding heart commie. This is because I value substance over style. Your hero is only good for TV and media propaganda.

    sounds like m.l quezon there..

well, good governance is subjective and it depends on how you see things around you. but i think this thread mainly portrays a selfless leader, which most of our leaders here lacks. but it doesnt say he's the best leader. if it would translate to economic progress for uruguay is yet to be seen.
