i heard this on my way home kagabii hehe mora man og wala kabalo ang mayor na by 5PM ni labay na ang bagyo sa CEBU haha!!! but this morning sa program ni Leo na brief diay kuno ang mayor na way nay bagyo og recommend ni MR Alvin Santillana na epa declare ang na way klase kay naa pay uwan og basin mag baha og gi-declare jud ni Mayor RAMA na wa jud klase hahaha mao nani ron mag suspenso ta sa klase na ani kay tungod sa uwan!

nadala nana sila sa pila na ka time nahitabo tungod lang sa ulan... gibaha ug maayo ang metro cebu... same rapud na sa manila gud... maybe they are basing it sa rain precipitation level kung unsa jud kadaghonon sa uwan.... mas taas ang risk sa baha kaysa hangin... leptospirosis, fungal infection ug uban pang mga waterborne diseases... so i guess sakto rasad nag suspend maski uwan ra...
