Blame the people who put these people into office. It is not whether it is acceptable or not but it is just that Majority of the voter's are not mature enough plenty can still be bought by money or by promises. Majority are poor and undeducated so we cant blame them with their choices. It's still with our leaders to change our culture and turn around our situation. When will the good guys find enough strength to run for office?
