How I wish I could ask the same question on how to get fat. To get fat is not a problem for me, how to get thin is my issue. It is so easy for me to gain as much as 2 lbs in a week just by seating in the couch and go to the fridge. Well, I don't know I think its all in the metabolism. Anyway, I have to walk a mile a day to keep me fit and at the same time watching how much I eat. Right now, this is in the bottom of my list to do.
