Almost made a mistake with my Chaco!

I found my beloved chaco one day, lying, and I thought it was dead. I tried to pick it up, and squeeze one of her legs a little bit, and she twitched! I thought she was dying, and thinking to feed her to my OBT LOL. I put her back in her deli cups (since she's still 2cm) and dropped a water into her mouth. Next morning, she has MOLTED!

Lesson learned: Make sure that your T is molting not dead! If it's not moving, wait a few days before confirming that it's dead! LOL.

yes a lesson learned with a happy ending...or it could have resulted in the other way around, death of your chaco, all because you didn't know before hand about molting process of tarantulas. best to research all you can about your pets....
