Yup I agree, found some in Metro Ayala supermarket, pero gagmay ra og dali ra mahurot. How about in some deli shops coz I found one in Bacolod, though most of the deli shops here in Cebu are not selling asian ingredients.

Unta naay nagatanom ana diri sa Cebu, I have heard both galanggal and kaffir has been succesfully grown in some areas of the coountry for personal culinary uses ra sad....

You can make your own man sad bai. Crushed some fresh garlic cloves then put it in a jar and fill it up with cooking oil. Through time, the garlic flavors will be infused in oil.

Im using that one in my extra virgin olive oil for garlic flavor. The jars are good pantry decoration too.
