let's start with grammar. pls explain what "boust" mean. im sure it's not a typo since you wrote it 3x.
do you really think newbies will read the whole thread? my point is, from page 1 up to this page, no one has posted or is posting positive YET or things that can entice a person to apply to your company because of a positive feedback. It seems you take everything literally. You sometimes should use common sense bisan panagsa lang ba.

not to brag but base on my experience and attachment in this particular company(qualfon). So many peps listen to such allegation which however, a responsive criticism to tales that ain't good to here. This company only bitter there salaries to some agent's that are becoming NOT responsible to there acts.

Not all people ARE worthy of what they receive. I know a lot of people who have not been kicked out of the company. Attitude problem and performance problem-wise. But know what? They kiss ass and suck balls. That's why they manage to stay or are upgraded. Other than that. (1) Those who deserve more get less than what they deserve. (2) Those who don't deserve anything get whatever they can get. (3)Those that deserve less get more than what's due.
Those who are contented fall either on the 2nd or 3rd category and or simply don't care about what they're getting as long as they have a job because they are grateful. But that only comes down to number 2 or 3 again in the circle of landing a job. If you can't find another source, of course you'd settle for mediocrity or less than what they deserve.
Unfortunately, some companies have either too high standards, so-so standards and utterly pathetic standards.
And there, an individual stands, only grasping the truth of the matter once he has set foot within the hiring process.
