    about the ratio.

its not the numbers. Let's put it this way, you said that in-order to diminish "our" libido, therefore "we" should take medicine and such. So basically, you're referring to US MEN, which is unfair.

We are talking about a potential legalization of prostitution for the benefit of the State. Like I said, pervertism, sexuality and morals are of no bounds here. It's for the common good. Morality steps on the matter of choice and perception. And we MEN are not to blame.

I think the reason why the UN keeps bringing this up is because Phils has such a large number of existing domestic ***-workers. It's not about encouraging prostitution, it's about dealing with situation that we currently find ourselves in. One can draw comparisons with prohibition; did that strategy work? Hell no, it just made tycoons out of gangsters... people kept on drinking regardless. When prohibition ended crime went down and tax revenue went up.

Most prostis? female; most s*x slaves? girls; most rape victims? women...

Instead of legalizing prostitution, I say let's address the source of the "issue"...I vote for the chemical castration, control and subjugation of the male specie. That's all. Really simple.

I don't think geishas were considered prostitutes. They were highly skilled to make your troubles go away by conversation, music, dancing, etc. The only time you can have *ex with them is if you become their... well, I forgot the Japanese term... and then the geisha cannot have *ex with other men except you.

Hmm... I'm not sure I agree that most prostitutes are victims. Many do that work because of the lure of big money and (compared to a regular job) little responsibility. It's not fair in my opinion that a person can make 50-100k+ monthly and pay zero tax when a call center agent earns much less and contributes a chunk of their income to the government. Sure there are horror stories about ***-workers who work in appalling conditions, but isn't that all the more reason to bring the whole industry out of the shadows and into the daylight where it can be properly scrutinized?

i am not totally against it because it is happening right under our nose. however, our society is not yet ready or "mature" for it.

I cannot imagine having s*x with someone I feel nothing for. These prostis have dirty jobs, literally. They get to have s*x with strangers! Not the Brad Pitt kind of stranger, but the pot-bellied, with b.o. and stinky breath kind of stranger. Gross. That's not an easy job, certainly not for the faint of heart or those with weak stomachs. They should get to keep every cent they earn.

mao ni sakto! basic needs man gud na, dapat gyud i legalize. Mas madato pa hinoon ang pilipinas kay magbayad naman ni sila og taxes and licenses. ambot lang pud sa atong mga hakog nga kapari-an, wala raba ni silay bayad2x mo gamit sa ilang mga altar boys.

Let's face it. Legalization is the only way to control ourselves, lock the bastards and protect the innocents. Those who favor should adhere to whatever the law requires and those who refuse should check their hidden agendas. We ban the "act" but we practice it religiously. We shame the "cast" but we participate on it. We're too prayerful yet we are self-righteous concealing our weaknesses, always giving in to sin. Now, that's legalization, said and done! It is time to make it and public!!!

I can't imagine (if ever ma legalize ) that one day, i will be walking on the street seeing huge billboards, posters, banners and the likes with lines like, "s** for sale, barato lang", or " we serve pretty girls & cute boys". Worst if naay " buy 1 take 1". What kind of society we will have when this will happen? True,it cannot be denied that this industry has been here even before Jesus' time, that this underground business has been an advantage to other people. But how in the world will this can be for the common good if ma legalize?

Makatawa ko mag think nga maka kita nalang kog hiring ani sa Sun Star nya mga buildings nga ang mga employess kay se** workers. Sad,if ever. Very sad.
