    @nzo: hahaha workout out of the blue raman ni boss kay nag anniversary rako and while nag huwat ko nag gym nalang ko ehehehe normally akong worksets for volume day 120-125 kilos (80-85%) for 5-7 sets of 3 nya sa intensity kay 1-2 sets of 3 (90-100%) depende sa feeling
