"lavillaprincesa.com" Legit or Scam?

Hi!

(I hope I'm at the right section)

Just wanna ask some questions here if this is a LEGIT or SCAM?

We wanted to have a vacation in Palawan (2 persons only), so I searched a resort and found this resort online "lavillaprincesa.com". I inquired some specific details thru E-mail (like on how to pay, what's there PROMO rate, etc.) and they responded/replied to me quickly.

My booked date: November 27-30, 2012

Some of their conditions:

• "To confirm your reservation, we will require 50% deposit."
• "Once the payment/booking is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make a print out of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. Make sure to have it on hand upon arrival."

So I deposited the 50% payment, called and emailed them to inform that the payment was already sent and they Confirmed/Noted/Acknowledged it BUT they didn't send us the "Confirmation Voucher" back.

I emailed/called them about this and they just reply me:

"Mam sorry ha nagkaka problem kase kame now sa pag attach ng file sa emails eh, confirmed naman po ito, will send you the voucher as soon as maging okay lang po ang conncetion namen.

I deposited the money October 7, 2012 and up to now they didn't send to us the "Confirmation Voucher". I always send them an E-mail asking for an updates but they are not replying anymore.

One thing I noticed is they are using "lavillaprincesa" but on the Bank Account name its "Villa Fuerte Bed and Breakfast".

Should I be worried or trust them?

I don't think so na scam xa.. coz' naa man mga good reviews sa net.
