It happened in front of Maxandrea Hotel at around 3AM. Peaceful area kay downtown and within Police precinct. Kaso lang nalusotan dyud ang security. Hopefully it has nothing to do with agreement made between the government and the MILF.

My client was planning to meet with fellow workers who lived in Mindanao in CDO, but after hearing of the bomb incident, they decide ari nalang sa Cebu mag meet , much safer..sad for what happened to our bros and sissies in CDO but thankful Cebu is not that harsh.
