Siguro ingon ani gyud ang culture sa mga government hospitals nato.
Sa ako previous work, ngana pod.
After 3yrs working as Casual Nurse. I decided to resign (ako mi resign ha wala ko gi terminate)
1st. Dili ko pa resignon kay wala pa daw ma homan ako contract (kay casual ra lage so contractual basis)
2nd. In our contract (nga notarized syempre), it stated therein, If mo hawa dapat mo infrom atleast 2 weeks before.
3rd. O sige, pa resignon ko pero after 1month (mi sugot pod ko)
4th. Ug kay gi sugtan ko mo resign pero dili e hatag ako Cert. of Employment
5th. Mi hangyo gyud ko, but to no avail.
6th. Ug nagpalaban ko sa ako barkada na lawyer.
7th. Done. I am happily resigned from work now (wala pa nako gi kuha ako Cert of Employment) kapoy and I dont need it, pero ako to gi process, kulang nang ug 3 ka signatories =)

butangi..mao ni panggipit..ok ra mataktak basta ihatag lang jud nang COE kay imo nang ninaguan..wa man na sila nangawat tawn..if mostorya sila nga govt time? butangi..naay daghan dihang mga politico nga dugay kaayo mosulod sa work, govt time man sad na...atot
Prerogative na sa Hospital Admin to Hire/Fire employees as they see fit but they should also give the fired nurses there corresponding certificates of employment it's there right I hope Mayor Cayetano will do so otherwise people will think that she's getting back at this employees for speaking out w/c is w/in there right also.............

From a management perspective, I would also do the same (maybe not terminate the nurses but I will definitely give them sanctions like suspensions or something) Why? You represent the company, you are part of the company...and yet you take it so easily to spread negative comments in a public venue.

hinuon sa kadaghan sa surplus sa atong mga nurses sa pilipinas. the hospital can afford firing those nurses and replace them. i hope lang nga ang ubang mga nurses mag hinay sa ilang lihok and panulti labi na sa mga social media's like facebook. think before you click lang kay lisud na gyud labi na sa mga nurses nga replaceable kaayo. the hospitals can even change nurses every 6 months if they want. ingon ana kadaghan ang surplus sa atong nurses karon. tsk.tsk.
