You don't need WHEY protein. What you need is protein in general. Whey protein is NOT needed. BS is circulating everywhere that the only way to get big is through supplements. As i've mentioned a page back. General rule is protein will remain constant regardless of bulking or cutting. Please READ through the pages

Before using any supplements, i would highly recommend you research more about nutrition. A good foundation in nutrition will get you the best results in the least amount of time. Remember, supplements are supposed to SUPPLEMENT your nutrition. So if you are able to reach your protein intake without any protein supplements, then you definitely don't need them! You'll save a lot of money in the long run.

1 scoop of whey protein = 20-25g of protein

    100% Correct.

Bottom line is protein intake in general.

And to be technical about it, you need at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

    Personally, I do it too.

And I'm still struggling to get bigger....

i have a question is it true that drinking soya milk decreases the chances of muscle growth? even if it is rich in protein due to a certain ingredient in soya milk that would lessen either the conversion or the absorption of protein. . .
