Drinking cold water is good because it has more energy. The energy called "chi" na alam ng traditional chinese doctor. (It is not the energy of ATP that comes from sugar. By the way the body actually prefers chi and not ATP. Western science does NOT teach this). Cold water has more chi than warm water, kasi when water is warmer the molecules are more unstable and cannot hold the chi for long.
But when you have just eaten a meal with proteins, fat, or carbs, warm water is better because it dissolves fats and sugars faster. Less work for the liver.
