-- yes, usually ingon ana jud. ang uban banks magrequire og pdc or auto-debit from credit card or savings/checking acct. ang uban OTC so naa ra nimo mudum-dum og bayad. ang pdc pud ikaw jud mudum-dum nga u have to put funds into ur checking acct. lahat ng banks may penalty for delayed payments.

-- if u are talking about putting up a lending business, yes very high ang risk but before u go into that (or into whatever business for that matter), u should know the ins and outs of it; hire people u trust. also, pag sa lending business dapat meron credit investigation. and usually pag nagpa-pa-lend meron collateral. but i accept applications and submit them to the bank. walang collateral. ang banks ra mag-C.I. sa mga applicants/clients.

-- yes sa banks meron talaga promissory note.

    ON THE LENDING BUSINESS
i wanna go into this business nag-iipon pa lang pang-capital. micro-financing ang style kay taas ang payback rate (>90%) tanang business naay risk so be prepared to lose some but you have to earn more to allow losing some [ang business nga lugi dapat magsara na]

personally, allergic ko sa utang and di pud ko ganahan ma-apil sa kana bitawng gina-ingon nga nagpapalubog sa uban tawo sa utang -- naay risk na matawag kag loan shark. naay negative image ang mga nagpapa-utang kay dako kuno tubo; depende ra jud na. and sa mangutang kung dili kinanglan mangutang aw dili dapat mangutang. pero naa jud sige pangutang dili kahibalo magbyad or mu-budget. they will have to learn that. i have learned that the hard way, mao jud na-allergic ko anang utang.

but i have also learned na not all utang kay bad. there are good loans and bad loans. naa ra jud sa tawo kung mangutang sya and how he uses the money. ang pag-borrow og money u can use for emergency and for starting ur own business. so basta naay padulngan ang kwarta nga maayo AND you have a clear timeline ng pagbayad, walay problema. kung kinanglan ka mag-loan kay ipalit nimo cell phone nga naay camera, para nako dili na maayo. kinahanglan ang mga luho sa lawas pinag-iipunan.
