i can understand from where your coming from boss, but we have to realized also that we need to acknowledge their cultural blah, blah,.. history (for the lack of better alternative for Jurisprudence) would tell us that we have been giving them what they wanted already by creating autonomous regions, such as the CAR for Ifugaos & Aetas, CARAGA for the natives of Agusan, etc..

so for me, there's no need to worry that other minorities will make claims for they have been given already.

    1. The core territory of the Bangsamoro shall be composed of: (a) the present geographical area of the ARMM; (b) the Municipalities of Baloi, Munai, Nunungan, Pantar, Tagoloan and Tangkal in the province of Lanao del Norte and all other barangays in the Municipalities of Kabacan, Carmen, Aleosan, Pigkawayan, Pikit, and Midsayap that voted for inclusion in the ARMM during the 2001 plebiscite; (c) the cities of Cotabato and Isabela; and (d) all other contiguous areas where there is a resolution of the local government unit or a petition of at least ten percent (10%) of the qualified voters in the area asking for their inclusion at least two months prior to the conduct of the ratification of the Bangsamoro Basic Law and the process of delimitation of the Bangsamoro as mentioned in the next paragraph.
I have doubts on how these places in bold got included on this list. As far as I know, these places have either Moro settlements or its passageways. Question is, do the residents of these areas in favor of being included? Or are they terrorized to do so?

looking at the binding clause of the agreement, it is still part of the Philippines. What I'm worried about is if the government will follow this trend of leniency with any degree of partitioning, and the trend of making compromises with separatists--I just hope this is the extent of it. The GRP has to be firmer with its resolution. This appears to be sort of a prelude to Balkanization. It's all good for out Muslim brothers to have that much degree of autonomy, but I hope diha rasad na kutob. I hope they will abandon their secessionist agendas.
