dili scale bai. to give you an idea, tupong ang minifig sa diameter sa wheel. ingon ana ka off ang scale. mao nang reason na di ko mag collect og minifigs kay daghan kaayo nindot na lego vehicles na dili scale sa ila minifigs. maayo unta og mag himo ang lego og different sizes on their minifigs. same design ra gihapon sa ila classic. s, m, l, xl na sizes ba kaha. murag lingaw jud unta.

that is why i wished for lego to make minifigures with different sizes for their different "lines". they should not restrict their minifigs to the creator building sets, city, legoland or build and rebuild etc...only. it would also be cool if they sell the minifigs by parts so consumers can kitbash or customize a minifigure of their choice. i can imagine an in-scale, kitbashed minifigure driving my son's cool cruiser. lol. now, that would be great, but i know it is a far cry from being a reality.

LEGO Atlantis Drilling Mission (from the Brickmaster series by DK Publishing)



Bobby Buoy is on the seabed at a drilling station. The Deep Sea Salvage Crew is drilling for crystals. But Manta Warrior is heading toward Bobby and the drilling station to stop him extracting any crystals. An evil turtle is swimming straight for the station too.

The mysterious evil turtle is a fearsome sea creature. It is one of Manta Warrior's helpers and has come to attack the drilling station. It has very powerful and sharp flippers which could cause some serious damage to the station.

Watch out Bobby!

Design
- The concept designer of the Manta Warrior followed the principle of good design and that is familiarity. If you've seen photos of manta rays, then his helmet follows their overall shape. I'm just not sure whether manta rays have spinal ridges though but it's a good touch.
- The blue color of the Manta Warrior ensures that he would be very difficult to spot under water.

Paint
- The paint is well done all over.
- My favorite pattern is on his helmet and I can imagine the one in front looks like a crab, doesn't it?

Accessories
- He only comes with a trident which is apt

Fun Factor
- Well, he can't play with the other minifigures unless it's a beach party and I don't think he likes the idea of humans polluting the oceans and killing whales, dolphins. He hates it when he has to put down sharks because we took their fins to make into soup.

Gripe
- None, really. I wish I had two more

I contacted aenigma143 so I can get two (2) Manta Warriors and another human diver from him. Murag lonely ra kaayo ako LEGO Atlantis minifigures, ha ha.
