    Default Employment starting salary question

Hello, sa mga nakasuway na, asa ang mas maayo: Mangapply ug work while employed or unemployed in terms of starting salary impact.

Thanks

mao na gi tawag miss nga bargaining power, kani siya sa mga following factors nga mo affect sa imong ability to negotiate your salary.

    1. Industry
    2. if currently employed ka
    3. Supply and demand sa job Market
    4. Qualifications nimo.

so basically kong unemployed ka gamay ra chance nga parisan imong previous sweldo, given nga dako naka rate previously.

ako ma sulti if plan ka mo balhin make sure nga naa kai job para maka negotiate ka tarong, og di pud ka ma desperado kaau.

    TS, daghang factors basehan ana.

    1. Naay uban companies, fixed jud ang ilang entry level salary for rank and files OR management level. Take it or leave it ang negotiation.
    2. Naa pod uban, bisan lesser ang imong salary ge ask, tagaan ka ug mas dako, kay basing pod sa statement #1 nako.
    3. Dako ka ug sweldo sa previous work, pero unrelated ang imong ge apply-an nga trabaho.
    4. Naay uban pod, apason lage imong sweldo, pero bawion pod ka sa walay yearly increase, ug sa kabug-aton sa imong trabaho ug responsibilidad.

Apason man gani or dili, employed man gani ka or wala na... depende ra jud na sa negotiations, sa imohang marketability, ug sa company if maka afford ba nimo or dili.

Pero mas maka negotiate jud ka if employed paka...

ayaw lang jud resign daan, mao na ako ma advise... kai once mo resign ka nya wa pakai lain job.. daghan naka completion... ngita og trabaho. hehe good luck

sakto... ayaw resign kay pait kaayo way trabaho and mas maka demand ka or at least stay firm sa imong rate kung currently employed ka...

kanang maka start dayon, yes to some extent maybe an advantage but dili na enough to justify to quit from your current job... ayaw pa daug2x anang mga company nga "start dayun" kay sila mismo kahibaw nga SOP gyud ng 30 days notice... sila kunoy immediate resignan sa ilang employee ganahan sila?
