Is there something to be afraid off from this law?
First, why would you be afraid if you're using the internet responsibly?
I've seen lots of stupid users in the internet who totally abuse the "Freedom of Expression" that it totally becomes Cyber Bullying.
I've seen a lot of pictures shared in FB with this unknown girl, with her picture with her holding a magnum ice cream...along with it, are captions mocking her for making it a big deal for just buying a magnum ice cream. That picture and several pictures of unknown FB users with that magnum ice cream spread like fire in FB, people keep on sharing it.
You call it Freedom of Expression? That's bull****. In the first place, those people have the right to post their picture in their account, to do what they want in their account, and your so called freedom of expression does not entail you to freely mock other persons. If you're in their place, how would you feel that almost all FB users saw that mocking meme/pictures of you? You have the right to sue and throw them to jail, and let their @ss rot in jail for 6-12 yrs.
There have been many cases of this, a girl taking a picture with her iphone in their flooded house, a person whose car submerged in a flood and was caught by media blaming other people for his mistake. It really is stupid in their part, but who gave you internet users to ridicule them?
Another thing, about a branded cigarette employee who was caught by media harassing a traffic enforcer. That guy is bad, he deserved to be punished by law. But he don't deserve to be the subject of ridicule in the internet, having soo many ridiculing meme, and even publishing his address to the internet. For @#^@ sake! Freedom of Expression don't gave you the right to do those things to them, specially posting his address, those people just put this man and his family to harm's way.
So tell me, was having this law bad? For me, I don't think so. So many users are acting arrogant, stupid and no etiquette at all once they are in the internet.
