    On pro complex is better than serious mass because it's a premium weight gainer powder.

    It's ON's top of the line gainer.

    More quality mass when you get big.

    Sir gelo. Diba duha man ni ka Pro Complex. So basin iya pasabot pagpost ganina kato regular lang na whey.

    1) Pro Complex
    2) Pro Complex gainer

    Pero pareha ra gihapon nang duha kay mahal.

    I was actually referring to the Pro complex gainer. hehe.

    But you are correct, Still the same, they are up there with ON's "platinum" series which is pure whey isolate.

    You are thin because you don't have enough calorie surplus.
    My solution for gaining weight, (I also hit the gym)
    I guess this is just easy formula:

    1. Consume Four 1-kilo bags of Oatmeal a week. = about 600g of oats / day = about 2000 calories from oats. divide it 5 servings a day, 2.5hrs apart
    2. Take 4 scoops of whey / day. that's about 100g of protein
    3. 2 tablespoons of Olive oil / day = 240 calories

    How to prepare the oatmeal-whey shake? mix an amount of whey to 1 cup of oatmeal in a large glass. fill with water and mix. drink it. it's not that bad. 90 mins is the digestion time of oatmeal. you will feel full and sleepy within that period.

    do it for the next 30 days. i think 10lbs gain is just an easy hit. you will gain some fat.

    Do i still have to eat my usual meals? With that quantity. No. That's almost 3000 calories/day.

    What If i wan't to eat my usual meals? No problem. take your usual meals and reduce the oatmeal-whey intake/

    What if i get too fat? Reduce the amount of oatmeal / maintain the whey. Wait for few weeks until you get rid of the excess fat.

    What if i just gained fat no muscle tone? Hit the gym

    I think platinum is around 40% more expensive than the gold series.
    So if you have deep pockets and budget is not a constraint, go for platinum series

    I wish my pockets were deep enough to afford the Platinum Series.

    I have deeeeep pockets!!! (literally deep with a few coins...)


    but yeah looking at the labels it seems to be loaded so if purchasing power is not an issue, load up!

    I'll just pretend taking Platinum series though in reality It's just Yakult mixed with water!
