Scope:

• Design or redesign 10 existing websites.
• Store, upload and maintain research (hundreds of it) reports that will be made available for those who will sign up for free initial service.
• Lead generation.
• Website security and security of leads.
• Web Design
• Web Content
• Web maintenance (including, updating of reports, changes in web content, minor design changes and updating of other company information).

Details:

• The initial design or redesign would have a different contract/pay scheme. It should include scope 1, 2, 4 and 5.
• A monthly maintenance fee for doing scope 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7.
• Most designers and website teams usually go for per website charge. Let us try to have someone bid for a package for all the websites mentioned above.
• Most designers and website teams usually take their time when it comes to design and programming of websites. We would like to make sure that these designers and programmers would be able to keep up with a set timeline.
• We will need portfolio and references for us to call if we want to cross-reference checks for their past works.

Other Requirements:

Web Team must be well-versed with the following:

• Markup languages (such as HTML, XHTML and XML)
• Style sheet languages (such as CSS and XSL)
• Client-side scripting (such as JavaScript)
• Server-side scripting (such as PHP and ASP)
• Database technologies (such as MySQL and PostgreSQL)
• Multimedia technologies (such as Flash and Silverlight)
