you guys seems shocked at the redundancy of RA 10175...this isn't the first time legislators have made redundant laws.
Now about the, the provision on libel...let's not fool ourselves, this is a provision made by politicians, FOR politicians. Now that they've smeared their way into position, they'll just get rid of smearing all-throughout in order to keep their position.
Where have we seen this before?

guys, i strongly suggest you read the entire context... i am still against this but there is some good about this law to be fair... the very big question now is kung unsaon pag implement kay naa gyuy window for abuse and who will punish those law enforcement agencies nga mo abuso...
