curious najud ko anang attrition rate sa qualfon.

mao ng nagchange sked kay ilang exit interview flow daw ky....
when ur at the venue,
guard calls the name
then go inside the room
then get the id, manual, etc and gives the sheet of paper when u wil b receiving the last pay
then that's it...

FYI sa NEW exit interview scheme:
no more pa schedule
exit interviews are done monday to friday 10pm to 12mn
first come, first serve basis
as per conversation with 9th floor on-duty guards last thursday, 10-20-2012


and in less than a month na daw makuha ang last pay..
MAAYO ug mao man gane. but if dili, cge nlng hahaha.
at least naay huwaton...

Kay dili naman madala nga every 2 days of the week ra. Everyday jud dapat. Kung pwede pa gani, dapat exit interview nalang sa last day! Haaayzz!

Watdafuk? Sure nasad sila aning ilang pahimakak? Less than a month makuha ang last pay? Ako man gani nga June pa na exit, October na man gani nko makuha, nya ingon pa jud sila less than a month?
