why do i get heaches when doing BJJ or grappling?

where do you guys learn bjj? i'm still trying to find a place to learn. as for the headaches, i say it's still getting used to rolling. or just drinking more than a liter of water per session

There are several schools that teach BJJ. If u search the threads you will find more info. There's the Fabio Santos-John Acosta school that has a school in Holiday inn and in Talisay. There's Deftac school in the Loft in IT park. I dont know if they still have classes in Baseline. I think Yawyan group teaches grappling together with striking & MMA. I dont know the details about schedules and fees and how they teach, i have never been to any of them. just search for threads on BJJ & grappling. or search for their websites.

The only place i have been into is the Pages BJJ school based in Fuente. So far the teacher and students have been great. a lot of newbies and i feel welcome.

yeah i did the search around istorya and found a few places. i don't think Deftac is in IT park anymore and moved to baseline in think. most of the posts are outdated so had to visit them myself and get info. i've heard of the Pages BJJ school in fuente too and yaw yan. friend told me about a yaw yan gym near peace valley too. didn't know there were a bunch of schools around the area. thanks for the suggestions though.
