haha funny indeed... wla maayo ug filter, i think tanan naa sa database ginasendan guro ato nga email, must be automated...

ka remember ko apply ko diri sa una, I already signed a job offer then ka receive ko ug auto-mailer nga pareporton ko for an exam, I got confused, so ni email ko nga naa nako job offer...

I think every HR personnel regardless of asa nga company, dapat gina classify nila sa ila database ang mga applicants nga hired, rejected or reserved. if mabasahan ni mga taga HR, mao ni ako suggestion sa tanan nga company not just supportsave.

With my experience, i was there for 6 mos. hantod karon wala ghpon nila bayari ako SSS contribution... ila basic P10+ then allowance that will total to P12k...

I-report sa SSS bai. Naa man guy instances nga wa na remit ang imong contributions. Ug di na nimo apason mabulsa rana sa ubang tao.

yeah quarterly man ang payments gud then ang posting pod after sa payments pa so usahay dugay jud pero kung 6months ka then 6 months pod ka gi deduct-kan ug sss contri, dapat naa na jud unta sulod na imo sss. ako gi check ako sss pod wala pa pod sulod, last nga na post kay April pa, so since quarterly, dapat naa na ang May ug June, then ang July, August ug September, posible mga October or November pa na ma post.

Ga follow up ko sa Admin, nibayad naman daw sila, so it could mean 2 things:

1. updated ang payments pero dili updated ang sss online system or
2. worst case scenario: could be dili updated ang payments then dili pod updated ang sss online system

sakto ka gunsky pero ang problema kung ang ga bulsa ang taga sss... tsk tsk tsk, kung kinsa man ang mag bulsa, ma-taga SSS or taga company, maoy paga-ingnon matakot sila sa karma, lisod na kung mao nay maningil.

naka try ko ani before..daghan man discrepancy sa ilang mga sweldo..usahay ma delay pa jud..naa toy 1 time jud aie nga 2k+ ra among sweldo..wala sila malipong? mas daku pa man tingali og sweldo ang mga taga fooda aning pormaha. Wahahahah
