Data, like all things, eventually dies; music, movies, documents, files, the computer - we can't expect these things to live forever. BUT, Hitachi claims that they've developed a new quartz glass plate that can store data forever.


is this for real? so, ang hard disk in the future will be made of glass.
Imagine from HARD DISK DRIVE to SOLID STATE DRIVE then, how should they call this, GLASS DRIVE?
