Using Adobe Lightroom (Beta) for conversion ... experimented with high noise, underexposed ..then used lightroom to properly expose the image. Notice how the niose is controlled ...

Hello Everyone!
I've always been amazed & bedazzled by your pictures/photographs, surely it did captured my interest with great passion. I've been wanting to learn photography too but the thing is i do not own a digital camera as of yet. So for a start, i have a budget of 30k for a nice digital camera brand new or second hand. If you guys could guide me how to buy the right kind of camera for that amount, i would really appreciate it. Please give some advice thanx.

To start, you can follow my recommended steps:

1) Research on the type of camera you want buy, its a good thing you asked that on your post. You can choose iether Nikon, Canon, Sony or Minolta DSLRs, go can never go wrong with these brands, each has its own niche. Getting an entry level SLR rather than a point and shoot is better. An DSLR can grow on you, you may want to start with the kit lens, and upgrade to better ones later on.

2) Join some photography clubs, such as the one here in istorya.net

3) Shoot, shoot, and shoot ....
