Very low pay and bad management. So far our supervisor is most kiss a$$ Supervisor I have ever seen.

Watch out there is a position in this company that is advertised as techsupport but the main job is actually 80% sales and 20%Customer service.
For those who are aspiring to be technical support agent do not bother with this company they dont have any techsupport positions whatsoever.

I'm about to start with a pioneering account with teleperformance. I have seen a lot of things but I'm gonna have to see for myself. All companies have ups & downs. Some worst than others. I do know for a fact nga project based ni. They admitted to this. So if the project goes to hell, there's a huge possibility of me going with it. It's not what time has given us, but it's what we do with it that counts.
