if jelly bean na inyu gamit try this Flash APK. people said it works but wala pako ka test since i'm still on ICS now.

installed are my defaults already,gapps, 1mobile market(more extensive than google playstore ) dolphin browser, you can view youtube, etc while on the brower, integrated naman cguro ni, for some reasons while on 4.1, keep your flash player lang, you might need it ..
