i think you can find a decent i3 with a dedicated 128-bit video card in the market now a days. ranging from 25k to 30k
or na new model laptops with AMD trinity processors A8+HD7670 graphics card. which will play high to ultra settings games
try HP HP Pavilion g4-2101AX Price range around 34k or less.
