    Boss, just wanted to ask a few things.. Do u also get joint pain or strains from lifting heavy weights? I don't really train with light weight eh but after 7 years of doing it, medyo na nay joint aches.. Do u think I should start using joint care supplements or just simply train wisely cycling light and heavy days like dorian yates used to do? I really don't feel like training light eh.. I get no results from it. lol

    joint pain? specifically where? of course naa pud ko jt. pain because di mana siya ma avoid kay there is accumulated tension sa jts. everytime mo alsa. naa mana siyay synovial fluid, mao na mo cushion sa imong jts everytime mag bag-id sila para di kaayo kusog ang effect sa friction, but in the long run mo accumulate dyud siya. para nako kay dangerous man dyud na mo train light because of all the reps.. and more reps mean more time under tension imong body. hahaha

    recommendation? uhh, every after workout i.ice para mo gamay inflammation

    ah mao ba... i was wondering man gud ba kay I train heavy all year round. Usahay ra gyud ko maglight weight. WOndering if it's that taxing.. Anyway, the pain is on the wrist but I dunno could be carpal tunnel due to the nature of my work or something. Thanks boss.. I'm trying to reestablish a new training style. I have to train wisely else injure myself. I still won't stop training heavy though, you guys got me to continue doing it. lol

    Ahh, yes the wrist. usually it's not the jt. per se nga nagsakit dha. it's the tendons of your flexors/extensors depending which part ang sakit, ang front ba or back wrist. kay ang mga ni agi na mga tendons sa flexor/extensor muscles kay mura man mo compress, moagi sila sa kanang imong gi ingon nga carpal tunnel.. so if one is stressed, tendency is katong mga tendons sa uban muscles nga naa pd ni agi sa tunnel kay ma compressed pud.. dba? kay isa ra gud na ilang agi-anan padung sa kamot. kasagaran ani kay tendinitis sa mga tendons sa muscles sa imong wrist dapit..

    CnJ- up to 90kg 5x1

    Squat- up to 137.5kg 2x3

    Dead- up to 150kg 1x5, 2x1, 140kg 1x1

    10/2/12- supposedly Volume day but .. no sleep (only 2 hours)

    Clean- up to 80kg 5x2

    Press- up to 65kg 3x3

    Squat- up to 122.5kg 3x3

    ICE is my joints best friend after a workout.
