My new VC benchies..@ stock 500/1000
disappointed.. thought it would score like a 9800 pro.
Damn, cannot OC my card, low VC power supply lights up.
@guilliam: it is already enabled.

@killya,.. yeah.. i know its enabled(PAT) i was refering to jhnpl.. making your bench as a reference.. (",)
ok sir guilliam....maybe i still can squeeze a little bit out of my system...just forgot to enable it.....il try to post screenshots....Originally Posted by guilliam

thats an amazing 2001 score.. my score is just 15K++ yours is 18K but your 03 is a lot lower than mine..
must be the game engine (old) used in 2001. maybe more on opengl or pixel shader. Nonetheless, '03 should be our reference now.
@killya and @earlz,.. and @jhnpl.. how about "SUPER PI" screenies?? ("<)
What does supper PI do again? I get 42s in 1m computation is that good or bad?

good enough @ry.. i got 46 sec in 1m.. on intel 3.1ghz sys.
PI is the ratio of a circle to its diameter.. what "SUPER PI" does,.. it calculates a given number getting its "PI".. since slower computers takes longer time to calculate such given task.. lets say in the example given by the author of this program.. he used 90mhz proc with 40mb of ram.. and took the task to complete in 3 days calculating 34M digits(33.55 million to be exact).
simply,.. it calculates very high numbers, 1m means the process to be calculated is 1 then followed by a million digits. so basically it benchmarks your overall sys on how fast it can calculate mathematical equation.. its similar with prime95's benchmark test.. where it also calculates math equation.. about prime95's stability test(torture test) its a different story.
correct me if im wrong.. thats how i percieve it. (",)

Aite, thanks for the info I am overclocked albeit already, ill be posting up screenies sooon as im done testing ;-D
^^ edited.. for a more clarifying explanation of PI and what "Super PI" is supposed to do.
