for lunch:ceasar salad
for breakfast: corn flakes with blue berries and strawberries
lunch: Oatmeal with pepino.![]()
Pero if gutom kaayo, d gyud mada oy. haha Kaon gyud mga unhealthy foods hangtud mu burot maayo ang tiyan. haha
Oatmeal raman aq healthy kaunon ug century tuna .. ug tua sa lain balay aw wai healthy kaunon basta lami haha
I always eat:
Avocados whether it's on toast or in a salad
Dates (not just during Ramadan)
Grilled salmon
Yoghurt with honey and berries
Asparagus
Tofu
Almost all fruit (not a fan of durian unless it's in lolly/icecream form)
Almost all veggies (tomatoes, not so much. Unless it's in a sauce or soup)
Lentils
Wholemeal bread (mind you, I love croissants too)
Some cereal since most of them are full of sugar! But they taste so good!
