    I had a minor incident happened in Mactan Int'l Airport nga during pag pauli sa Canada but my plane from the MIA is heading to Japan . At the time I was holding a Philippine passport and they asked me to go to the Immigration office sa airport before boarding which is I think a mandatory for Filipino citizens when travelling abroad . They asked for an ID and my passport , pag tan-aw nila nga naa'y Jr. ako name sa passport while sa ako ID (my Ontario driver's licence) wala'y Jr. They asked why my ID doesn't have a Jr. and I told them that gov't-issued IDs in Canada doesn't honor suffixes and post-nominal names such as "Jr." "II" "RN" "PhD" and etc .

    Then they told me to have a lawyer's signature to prove that my identifications are legitimate . They have one at the airport and it will cost P1500 . I thought how is this became my fault and my burden when it's Canada's fault in the first place ... not mine ! I was pissed because the fee was equivalent to $35 and I was a student at the time so such amount is kinda big for me . I could've just spend it for a Macchiato at Starbucks for like 10 days !!! Then I realized I'm in the Philippines - widely known for corruption . It's not worth the trouble so I gave them the money so the lawyer could signed a document "proving the name on the ID" is me . That was the day I felt disgusted to Philippines and especially now I'm a Canadian citizen - I couldn't care less what would happen to that goddamned country .

    Actually ang technique nila ani is e hold ka sa ilang office pangita-an kag sayop. Same nahitabo sa akong cousin last week.

    Cebu-Singapore.

    Gi hold to cya till 5 mins nlng mo larga ang plane. Good thing wala jud cya nagpadala ug wala cya ni bigay. Gi interrogate cyag more than 30 mins.

    3 ka immigration officers nag tabang nya.

    Kung walay criminal record ngano dili man puwede kalarga? Ngano ang gobyerno magbuot man kung kinsay puwede mogawas o kinsay dili. Mao man ni ang style sa diktador di ba parehas anang north korea, di man ni style sa democratic daw nga nasod?

    Reclamo mo sa anak ni Puno kay naa bataw siya sa BI. Aksyonan jud na dayon kay proponent na sila sa tuwid na daan!

    Among those mentioned were Puno’s daughter Ina, or Romina Puno, who is employed at the Bureau of Immigration;
    Puno kin occupy
