my preferred exercise is mountain biking on weekends and playing tennis 3x a week. and i subscribe to the formula that, Losing Weight = Calorie intake must be lesser than(<) Calorie expended.
however, would appreciate it if you can also offer advice on how to boost metabolism. thanks
